What Does Boiler Yearly Service Include?When you schedule an appointment for your boiler to be serviced, one of our Gas Safe registered heating technicians will arrive on the date that you selected, punctually and ready to do the job from the time that they turn up. They will only require you to show them exactly where your boiler is located and they will get going conducting tests and assessing your boiler to establish that it is performing efficiently and safely. During the assessment, you will see the heating technicians complete the following:
- Fire the boiler to ascertain that there are no faults within your system
- Take off the boiler casing to check the parts within, cleaning them if needed
- Perform a vent assessment to ensure that the boiler emissions are safe
- Perform a gas pressure assessment and a gas tightness survey to ensure that there are no leaks
